Donate unwanted gifts for seniors in ‘Leave It for Love’

A February Homewood-Flossmoor community collection of unwanted gift items for the Leave It for Love project will help brighten a senior citizen’s day, said founder Jennifer Molski of Flossmoor.  Suggested items include hostess gifts, warm weather gear, trinkets, household décor, makeup and perfume. Frigid temps mean polar vortex discounts at brewery

Flossmoor Station Restaurant and Brewery is responding to this week’s brutal temperatures by offering discounts commensurate with the Arctic chills. For every low in the negative teens or below, Flossmoor Station will match that amount in percentage discounts on all food and drinks.
