The Friends of the Homewood Public Library, the Junior Friends of the Library and the Teen Leadership Council are sponsoring a food drive through Friday, Nov. 22.
Non-perishable food items will be donated to a local food pantry and shared with those who can not afford a Thanksgiving dinner.
In addition to the library at 17917 Dixie Highway, Homewood businesses were solicited for help and have agreed to serve as drop-off points.
