Wife charged in May 8 murder (free content)

The wife of murder victim Robert James Jr. has been charged in his death, according to Homewood police. Rachel James, 43, of Manhattan, was taken into custody on Tuesday, May 25, and was charged with first degree murder, police said. Amtrak conductor thankful for Homewood’s ‘massive love’ after being shot
