A Sauk Village man was arrested Dec. 1 and has been charged with kidnapping, unlawful restraint and armed robbery after an Oct. 14 incident in Homewood, according to Homewood police. Teen injured in shooting Monday night

A 13-year-old was injured by gunfire late Monday in the 18800 block of Castle Road in Homewood, according to police. Two people carjacked in Homewood driveway

Homewood police said they responded to report of a carjacking early Tuesday morning. Around 1:50 a.m., two people reported they were parked in a driveway in the 17600 block of Lincoln Avenue when three to four armed men approached the car and demanded the keys.
