- Need for more economic development in the form of new businesses and development of available village owned land as well as supporting our existing businesses.
- Continued focus on improvement of infrastructure including flooding correction, street resurfacing, sidewalk replacement and water and sewer infrastructure.
- Improved communication from the village to the community.
- Ensuring the village remains focused on diversity and inclusion and continues efforts to make sure that village staff closely reflects the make up of our community.
