Most important issues: As a trustee for the Village of Homewood, my priorities center on community safety, economic development, fiscal responsibility, and emergency preparedness. Ensuring residents feel secure at home, at events, and throughout the village is critical. I advocate for continued economic growth to maintain Homewood’s quality of life while prioritizing transparency and accountability in financial decisions. I am committed to preparedness efforts, ensuring residents are informed and ready for emergencies. Above all, I serve with integrity, ensuring that the public’s voice is heard and represented in all village decisions while protecting public trust and enhancing residents’ well-being.
Top goals: 1) Enhancing Community Safety – Continuing the strong partnerships with police, fire, and public works to ensure residents feel safe at home, at events, and throughout the village. 2) Sustaining Economic Growth – Supporting local businesses, attracting new investments, and maintaining a vibrant commercial and retail district to enhance job opportunities and the local economy. 3) Sustaining Community Engagement – Actively participating in community events, building familiarity with residents, and ensuring their voices are heard and represented in all village decisions. 4) Advancing Emergency Preparedness – Educating and equipping residents with the tools and knowledge to be ready and empowered for unexpected crises.
