Downtown — More public improvements — lighting, benches, outdoor dining areas, better identify parking lots. Spotlight community events in the downtown.
Projects and equipment — Designate funds to be specifically used for capital. This would include general fund revenues and limited 2-year bonds.
Unfunded mandates — Lead water line replacement must be addressed. Grants, low-interest loans and water & sewer funds should be used. The federal government has directed replacement, with no available funding.
