A continued focus on educational equity for all learners; supporting and strengthening the educational excellence of H-F High School through strong collaboration with the administration, staff, and the community; ensuring the safety of the H-F environment for all students and staff; and constantly positioning Homewood-Flossmoor High School for the future through a focus on innovative educational initiatives.
Goals:
Supporting the board as a transparent, open and collaborative resource for the district administrators and staff. Ensuring the staff has the support and resources they need to provide excellent educational experiences for our students, while continuing to exercise fiscal responsibility with taxpayer dollars. Supporting increasingly data-driven decision-making across all functions of the board.
