MWRD to provide free rain barrels to Homewood residents

The Village of Homewood Board of Trustees voted unanimously Tuesday, Aug. 9, to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD) for free rain barrels for the community.
