H-F graduate Jazmin Rhodes awarded $21,000 scholarship  

Jazmin Rhodes, a 2024 graduate of Homewood-Flossmoor High School, received a President’s Scholarship worth $21,000 from Baldwin Wallace University where she is a freshman.
