H-F Theatre Program presents ‘Everybody’ Nov. 1 and 2

The Homewood-Flossmoor High School Theatre Program presents “Everybody,” its fall production, at 4 and 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1 and 2, in the Performing Arts Center.

“Everybody” by Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins was a finalist for the 2018 Pulitzer Prize. The play is a modern riff on the 15th century morality play “Everyman.” It follows “Everybody” as the main character travels down a road toward life’s greatest mystery — death.

This play is most appropriate for audiences ages 13 and older.

The main character is performed by a cast member, selected by lottery.

Members of the cast are: Noah Allen, Theo Anderson, Violet Bivins, Leo Daggett, Owen Day, Adelai Easter, Cooper Hoyt, Caleb Hughes, Robert Wakefield II, Elhannan Jenkins, Shylah Mahone, Kayla Manzera, Flannery Marak.

Moira Michel, Tessa O’Keefe, Eleanor O’Shea, Richard Pitts, Kendra Richardson, Bryce Stewart, Satiya Viner, Naomi Zurek.

The play is directed by faculty member J.R. Willard-Rose.

Tickets for the production are sold online at https://gofan.co. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and $5 for high school students.
