Computer Class for Adults: Introduction to Microsoft Word. Adults are invited to the Helen Wilson Meeting Room at Flossmoor Public Library, 1000 Sterling Ave., from 10 a.m. to noon for a class that introduces the student to the basics of using Word to draft documents. Floss-Flow Teen Poetry Showcase. Flossmoor Art Council will host an evening of talented teen voices from local high schools from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Conservatory Vintage & Vinyl, 1042 Sterling Ave., Flossmoor.
