Linda Jo Van Dyke, 76, lovingly known as Nin, Grandma Linda, Aunt Linda and Tiz, passed away peacefully at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center on October 13, 2023. Linda lived in Verona, NJ, after moving from Flossmoor, IL following the death of her husband, Robert Van Dyke, in 2020.
Linda spent most of her career as a nurse in hospitals, medical centers and elementary schools. She also had a bachelor’s degree in English and taught as a substitute teacher for many years.
Linda is survived by her children Vicki (Richard), Jeff (Jo), Sue (Don), Kim (Dave), Ali (Vince), her 11 grandchildren and her two great-grandsons.
