Homewood’s annual winter festival gave area residents a chance to enjoy shopping, dancing, music, ice sculpting. And kids had a chance to visit with Santa Claus. Good weather for a winter festival — dry and crisp but not too cold — encouraged crowds of people to gather in downtown Homewood and at Irwin Park for the various activities.
