Homewood-Flossmoor area residents who enjoy H-F parks all spring, summer and fall also help get them ready to go for the season during the annual Park Pride cleanup event.
Surveys helping H-F Park District set future course
Residents are offering their opinions on park services in a survey sent out for the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District. Households were randomly selected to receive the survey. Thus far, about 200 persons have returned the survey developed by PROS Consulting, a firm that specializes in park district information.
Job switch moves Joe DeCicco to H-F Racquet & Fitness Club
Joe DeCicco, a six-year Homewood-Flossmoor Park District employee, has switched departments, taking on the assistant manager’s position at the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club. DeCicco is working alongside manager Eileen Rohrer.
Survey lists nearly 2,000 trees in H-F parks

H-F parks election sees Johnson re-elected, Ojode wins open seat
Two seats on the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District Board of Commissioners were open in the April 2019 election. Voters chose board president Steve Johnson to remain on the board, and also selected newcomer Linda Ojode. Ojode will fill the seat vacated by outgoing commissioner Christina Jackson, who did not run for reelection.[Read More…]
