Creativity abounds in STEAM Camp at James Hart School
The first District 153 STEAM Camp gave one student a chance to create replicas of Chicago’s downtown buildings, a team the opportunity to build a robot and another to produce a movie. It’s all part of STEAM — science, technology, engineering, arts and math.

Colton resigns from board in Homewood
Homewood Trustee Anne Colton resigned her position with a letter to village officials Monday, April 9. In her letter to Mayor Richard Hofeld and fellow trustees, Colton said she’d signed a contract with PBS for distribution of a documentary she produced and is planning to focus more on her career.
H-F student’s work to be displayed in U.S. Capitol
