Hazel Crest teen charged with robbing 7-Eleven in Homewood

A Hazel Crest teen was arrested late Saturday after allegedly robbing the 7-Eleven store at 3154 183rd St. in Homewood. Homewood police received a report at 9:23 p.m. of an armed robbery at the store. The 16-year-old suspect allegedly pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money, police said. [Read More…]
