Storm Debris Pickup. Homewood officials are asking residents to place all storm-related branches, limbs and brush at the curb by today. Public Works crews will be collecting storm debris throughout the week but will make only one pass through each neighborhood. Flossmoor will continue free brush pickup for the month of July. As there is an overwhelming amount of branches from the weekend storms, expect collection to take a few weeks.
