“Frankenstein” will be performed at Homewood-Flossmoor High School at 7 p.m. Oct. 30 and 1 and 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1.

Students are using a script adapted by Alexander Attea from the original work by Mary Shelley. In this adaptation, the story of Frankenstein is interwoven with elements of Shelley’s own life and the origin of the Frankenstein legend.
Cast members are Zoe Barnas, Maki’a Begay, Violet Bivens, Leo Daggett, Sam Day, Sawyer Horcher, Cooper Hoyt, Caleb Hughes, Abigail O’Quin, Sophia O’Quin, Eleanor O’Shea, Satiya Viner, Darby Van Vliet, Robert Wakefield II.
This production is being directed by theater teacher Annie Calderon. Production assistants Gina Bonanotte and Natalie Popelka. Stage manager is Jada Williams, with assistant stage managers Noah Allen and Bella Shaklee.
Lighting designer and LBO are Ash Komorowski, Addie Zawarski and Hunter Horcher; music by Ezra Raferty and Teagan Meeks; projections by Deanna Williams and Sofia Garcia.
Costume crew are Camryn Kelly, TeReya Williams, Alice Stone, Sadie O’Keefe with make-up by Adelai Easter and Madisyn Hamilton.
Working props are Maria Fanelli and Michael Harris and the run crew is Harrison Schmidt, Kage Kentzel, Aaron Greep, TJ Barney, Sophia Gaston and Leah McCary.
