On Friday, July 21, members of the National Association of Counties voted to adopt two policy resolutions proposed by Cook County Commissioner Donna Miller (6th District), who represents Homewood.
Miller attended the 2023 National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Conference in Austin, Texas, which brings together nearly 2,000 elected and appointed county officials to focus on federal policy issues that impact counties and their residents.
