Metra unveils proposed 2023 budget, announces public hearing schedule

Metra released its proposed a 2023 operating budget of $980 million on Wednesday, Oct. 12. The plan includes various options for discounting the cost of a monthly pass from pre-pandemic pricing and other fare changes.
