The Homewood Planning and Zoning Commission will host a public meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 23, to share progress on the current zoning code update.
Proposed amendments to the zoning code chapters six through eight will be presented by the village’s consultant, Houseal Lavigne Associates.
The meeting will be held both in-person at village hall, 2020 Chestnut Road, and virtually. To join the meeting virtually, visit zoom.us, select “join a meeting” from the menu at the top right of the page. The meeting ID is 991 8481 1606 and the password is 573 812.

To share comments on the zoning code update project until November, send email to [email protected] or deposit printed comments in the dropbox outside village hall.
Residents who want to participate in the update can also fill out a survey online. Paper copies are available at village hall. The survey will be available until November and can only be filled out once per individual.
An interactive online map is also available that enables residents to mark locations that are community assets or that need attention.
