The Homewood Village Board approved a $151,000 contract with Cosgrove Construction Inc. of Joliet at the May 12 meeting for construction management services for improvements to the Homewood Auditorium, located at 2010 Chestnut Road.
Cosgrove Construction, has worked on municipal and school projects, including renovations similar in scope to the auditorium improvements, such as the Performing Arts Center at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, Homewood Assistant Village Manager Terence Acquah said.
