  • Consider a contract with Cosgrove Construction for construction management services for the Homewood Auditorium upgrade project. 
  • Consider providing $3,100 in Business Incentive Program funding to Larissa Shipps to help with renovations at 2139 W. 183rd St., where she plans to develop a fitness center in space that has been vacant since 2014.
  • Consider providing $1,320 in Business Incentive Program funding for Mary Jung, a manager at Stepping Stones Child Care Center, 17560 Dixie Highway, for improvements including installation of solar lighting for signage.
  • Consider special use permits for Signature Smiles Arts, 18114 Gottschalk Ave., to expand its office building and Live Free 999 Foundation, 18219 Dixie Highway, for remodeling its office space
  • Consider an ordinance amending the fee schedules for the Building DivisionPublic Works, and Planning and Zoning.

Rising Readers. Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway, will host story time from 10:30 to 11 a.m. in Rauch Reading Room for ages newborn to 6 years old with stories, songs, bubbles and more. Register here.

Myths and Magic Book Club. Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway, will host a discussion from 6 to 8 p.m. of “Malinalli” by Veronica Chapa. Books will be available for checkout at Circulation Services.

Movie Night. Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway, will host a showing of “Hamnet” (PG-13) in the meeting room from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
