Mentoring Youth Through Technology Illinois is hosting a free junior robotics program for kids ages 9 through 12 starting Saturday, Jan. 17.
Sessions will meet for eight Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon through March 17 in the Glenwood Village Hall at 1 Asselborn Way in Glenwood.
Sessions will focus on programming, coding and robotics. The program will help prepare kids for middle school and competitive robotics and give insights into potential career paths.
