Highlights:

Tween Time. A time for 4th-6th graders to play games, make crafts, watch a movie and have snacks from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Homewood Public Library meeting room, 17917 Dixie Highway. Register here.

Stitches and Shenanigans. Work on fiber arts projects and hang out with other stitchers from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Homewood Public Library meeting room, 17917 Dixie Highway. 

Bedtime Storytime. A cozy reading time with books, songs, bubbles and more. Feel free to wear your pajamas and bring your favorite stuffed animal from 6:30 to 7 p.m. in the Rauch Reading Room at Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway. Register here.

Luminary Light Up the Night For Charity. Flossmoor Service League will light up downtown Flossmoor and Flossmoor Park on Nov. 29 with its annual luminary display. The fundraiser will help the organization provide support to local charities. A donation of $25 will sponsor a set of 10 luminaries. Sponsored sets of luminaries can be purchased in memory of a loved one or as a representation of our community’s wish for peace to all this holiday season. Light up your own neighborhood with a personal set, also available with a $25 donation. Luminaries purchased online will be delivered to local addresses, if requested.
