
“POTUS: Or Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive,” a comedy set in the White House, will be performed at The Drama Group over two October weekends.
Sometimes the President of the United States (POTUS) says some crazy things and his staff works diligently to protect him and his job. In this sharp, political farce seven women scramble to contain a public relations disaster ignited by the President’s latest blunder. Amid escalating chaos, they navigate the absurdities of political life with wit and resilience.
This production opens The Drama Group’s 95th season.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Oct. 3 and 4, and repeated at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 9, 10 and 11. Afternoon performances at 2 p.m. will be on Sunday, Oct. 5, and on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 11 and 12.
