Cook County 5th District Town Hall. Cook County 5th District Commissioner Kisha McCaskill will host a town hall meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at Gloria Taylor Hall, 14821 Broadway Ave. in Harvey. Cook County Land Bank, Cook County Justice Advisory Council and Cook County Board of Review representatives will be there to provide information.
