League of Women Voters Candidate Forum. The League of Women Voters of Homewood-Flossmoor Area will host a forum at 1:30 p.m. today for candidates running for the Homewood-Flossmoor High School District 233 school board in the April 1 election. The forum will be held at Flossmoor village hall, 2800 Flossmoor Road.

Women’s History Month: Donation Drive. In conjunction with Women’s History Month, Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway, is collecting donations of overnight pad, regular pads, liners and regular tampons. Donations can be dropped off in the box in the lobby starting at noon. All donations will be going to Open Access.
