Chair Yoga for Cancer Survivors
A recent study revealed that participating in a yoga program helps cancer survivors feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reserve by Oct. 11, to join Lisa Miller at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, for a relaxing experience.
