Saturday, May 22, is tennis day in the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District, with special events planned in cooperation with the U.S. Tennis Association/Midwest Section.

From 10 to 11 a.m., the courts will be open for an introduction to adaptive tennis designed for persons of all ages with special needs.
From 11 a.m. to noon, unified doubles teams will meet for matches. Unified doubles pairs partners with and without intellectual disabilities to train and compete in the sport of tennis.
