Cook County officials announce opening of Housing Choice Voucher program waitlist

For many people, the pandemic's economic damage has disrupted their housing stability. Some help may be on the way as the county announced that for the first time in almost two decades it will open the waitlist for Housing Choice Voucher program.

Cook County officials announced on Monday, Oct. 19, that they will accept applications until Nov. 2.
