Homeowners in Cook County have until Friday, Sept. 11, to apply for missing property tax exemptions on their 2019 second-installment property tax bills.
By meeting this deadline, homeowners can receive corrected property tax bills by mail before the Oct. 1 deadline to pay without incurring penalties and interest.
