Advocate South Suburban Hospital opened its $88 million Center for Advanced Care on Monday, Aug. 3.
The new center provides modern facilities and enhanced capabilities for robotic and cardiac surgery. The 15-month construction project added 88,000 square feet to the hospital’s footprint and much-needed space for greater efficiencies for patient care teams in the operating rooms, cath labs, pre- and post-recovery space and sterile processing department.
