Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle announced on Monday changes to the county website that now includes the publication of public performance dashboards for each department in offices under the president.
A dashboard is typically the index page of the control panel for a website’s content management system. It lists items by priority.
Each dashboard on the county website tracks three to five key performance indicators that measure a department’s goals and accomplishments.
