When those lines on the street appear, winter de-icing is under way

An interest in how people listen and respond to others has given Ryan Warner a career that he sees as a path to lead others to recognition, healing and leadership.

Today Warner shares those insights through his consulting firm, RC Warner Consulting LLC, and as director of psychological health at the Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque.

Summer events

Monday, July 4

  • Flossmoor Volunteer Fire Department kids parade, starting at 10 a.m. at Parker Junior High, ending in downtown Flossmoor.
  • Homewood 4th of July parade, staring at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church parking lot, 17951 Dixie Highway, south to Ridge Road, then east to Izaak Walton Nature Preserve, where there will be a community picnic.
