Continue to attract, hire and retain highly qualified, professional, student-centered faculty and staff.
Goals:
Continue to support the superintendent, Dr. Dale Mitchell, and the District 153 administration, teachers and staff in implementing the long-range strategic plan developed during the spring of 2018.
Work with District 153 administration in identifying and supporting opportunities that will further enhance the academic and socio-emotional development of our students.
Support as needed the transition from Dr. Mitchell to Dr. McAlister as Superintendent Dr. Mitchell prepares to retire in two years.
