Take a swing at the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District’s Racquet & Fitness Center when it hosts two special racquet programs.
An adult tennis mixed-open doubles is set for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 11. All levels are welcome. There’s a $20 fee for members, or $25 for non-members. The club has 10 indoor courts.
On Friday, Jan. 25, it’s a Pickleball Social, including pizza. All ages are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m. The fee is $12. All equipment will be provided. Registration is being accepted through Jan. 22.
