Registration open to sing at ‘Hamiltunes’ show

Come out and sing!

The Homewood Public Library is inviting singers to join the roster of those who will take part in the final presentation of “Hamiltunes,” a festive Homewood-style presentation of the hit musical “Hamilton.”

Singers interested in performing the show must register by Nov. 17 at http://bit.ly/HomewoodHamiltunes.

“Hamiltunes” is being presented from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the library, 17917 Dixie Highway.  Singers are invited to submit their names for specific roles or as chorus members. Those chosen by lottery, will get “on stage” at this performance and have access to some of the fun props and perform songs karaoke style.

All are welcome to be audience members.

The library had a one-year agreement from the producers of “Hamilton” to stage the home-style redition of the hit musical. This will be the third and final performance under that opportunity.

Additional information is at homewoodlibrary.org
