Juvenile arrested in robbery of elderly woman

The community is invited to an informative program on immigration led by Claudia Marchan, executive director of Northern Illinois Justice for Our Neighbors. The organization is a United Methodist immigration ministry that advocates for just, humane and righteous immigration laws. The 7 p.m. session on Friday, Sept. 21, will be at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 18850 Riegel Road, Homewood.
