The Cancer Support Center Community Board is hosting the 14th annual Texas Hold’em Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 3, at Balagio Ristorante, 17501 Dixie Highway in Homewood.
This event has helped raise more than $500,000 for the work of the Cancer Support Center in Homewood and Mokena. Organizers are looking for 100 card players to support the event. The final table winners will receive $5,000 or more in cash and prizes.
Advance registration is $175 for players and is being accepted at https://www.classy.org/events/-/e161083. Registration the day of the event is $200 for players. Spectators are welcome. Admission is $50.
Organizers are also sponsoring a Super Bowl raffle that evening.
