Every year, Homewood Mayor Richard Hofeld gives coupons from local restaurants to eagle-eyed residents who spot the snowflake decoration on downtown light poles that is different from all the others. Anyone who finds the odd snowflake can stop by village hall on Saturday mornings from 9 to noon to report the location.
