Chicago Shakespeare Theater performs abridged ‘Romeo and Juliet’ at Prairie State College April 27

The community is invited to an April 27 performance of “Short Shakespeare! Romeo and Juliet,” given by the Chicago Shakespeare Theater at Prairie State College (PSC), 202 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights. The 75-minute abridged presentation will begin at 11 a.m. in the Barnes & Noble College Auditorium on campus. Theater director Marti Lyons and the cast will hold a question and answer session after the performance. “This is some of the best Shakespeare theater available in the world, right here on the PSC campus,” said Justin Vidovic, associate professor of English and Liberal Arts . . .
