Lee Fantroy will lead a Yoga for Men program Thursdays, Jan. 18 through Feb. 23, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Irwin Community Center, 18120 Highland Ave., Homewood.
Fantroy received his yoga training at Reflections Yoga Studio and is anxious to share yoga techniques with others.
This program, run by the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District, is open to men 18 and older. Participants should bring water and a yoga mat if they have one.
