Program on improving mobility Oct. 27 at racquet club

The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District presents a discussion and demonstration on “How to Improve Mobility” at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, as part of its Coffee and Curiosity program.
 
Sessions meet at the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club, 2920 W. 183rd St., Homewood.
 
Personal trainer Christina Alcasid will offer information and give a demonstration on incorporating a stretching program as part of a daily routine that helps maintain mobility. 
 
This program is free to Silver Sneakers members of the racquet club. There is a $3 charge for non-members.
