2019 voters guide: Get to know local candidates

On April 2, voters in Homewood and Flossmoor will go to the polls to elect representatives to serve on District 153, 161, 233 and 515 school boards, the Homewood and Flossmoor village boards, the Homewood Public Library and Flossmoor Public Library boards and the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District. Here are the profiles of candidates who responded to our questionnaire.

On April 2, voters in Homewood and Flossmoor will go to the polls to elect representatives to serve on District 153, 161, 233 and 515 school boards, the Homewood and Flossmoor village boards, the Homewood Public Library and Flossmoor Public Library boards and the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District.

The Homewood-Flossmoor Chronicle sent candidates questionnaires asking for their background, what they consider to be the major issues in their races and the goals they will work toward. The Chronicle did some editing to get the answers to meet word limits.
