Homewood’s Public Works Department is hiring a Utility Service Technician responsible for maintaining water pumping stations, storage reservoirs sewage lift stations and stormwater pumping stations.
High School diploma or GED required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in water supply and delivery operations.
Applicant must have valid Illinois commercial driver’s license (Class A) with air brake and tanker endorsements and a valid State of Illinois -Class C- Water Supply Operator Certificate.
