Park district approves $5.71 million tax levy for 2022

The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District approved the 2022 tax levy of $5.71 million at its meeting Tuesday, Dec. 6. Karen Garrity, superintendent of finance and administration, said since she first presented a preliminary levy Cook County has provided actual Equalized Assessed Valuation (EAV) numbers.
