Homewood-Flossmoor High School science teacher Stephen Banasiak has been nominated for the prestigious National Science Foundation’s Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching of Science and Mathematics. H-F student to lead division of Midwest Jewish youth organization
Louis Berman, a junior at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, was elected to serve as president of the boys division for the Great Midwest Region of BBYO, the leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement.
