Letter to the community

Submitted by Chronicle staff on October 6, 2015 - 11:03pm

We welcome letters from residents of Homewood, Flossmoor and nearby communities or anyone with work or family connections to H-F. Generally we prefer letters on topics specific to our villages. Feel free to share concerns, issues, ideas, suggestions, recognitions, etc. We encourage everyone to be courteous, even (or maybe especially) when debating contentious issues. We reserve the right to determine whether letters will be published and will not publish personal attacks, vulgar or violent language, obscene references or illegal use of information.

We will not share your email address but ask for it only so we can contact you if we have questions or need clarification about your submission.
We will not share your phone number with anyone but ask for it only so we can contact you if we have questions or need clarification about your submission.
Please keep letters under 400 words. If you want to check the length, you can paste the text into an online word counter (http://www.wordcounter.net is one), or check with your word processing program's word count feature. We recommend composing letters in a word processor or text editor and pasting the contents into this form rather than typing directly into the form. If something goes awry while using the form, you'll have a backup copy.
